Welcome to Sri Lanka! Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be greeted by your chauffeur guide and then be escorted to your hotel for check-in on time. The rest of the day is yours to relax.
Note: Buddhism is extremely respected in Sri Lanka, any disrespectful words or acts may cause deportation or denial of entry, e.g. Buddha tattoos, kissing/climbing/riding Buddha statue, drinking inside a temple, etc.

Day 2
Negombo/Sigiriya

Breakfast at the hotel& today you are flying to Sigiriya an Air taxi* Subjected to operational & weather conditions from Colombo airport (CMB),you will be transferred to the airport by hotel Car depart time -10.00 .am , Arrival time 10.30 am once you are arrived at Sigiriya domestic airport (GIU), later you will be picked up by your chauffeur guide & proceed to Dambulla & get started with the famous Dambulla Cave Temple, home to many magnificent Buddha images and rock painting dating back to 2nd century BC .Later transfer to your lovely hotel and relax

Day 3
Sigiriya

Imagine floating over some of Sri Lanka’s dramatic landscapes ranging from the world heritage sites, lakes and rivers, and ancient cities early morning (Subject to Operational & Weather Conditions) .Hot Air Ballooning is a relatively new activity to Sri Lanka, but in response to the ongoing search for new and exciting ways of seeing the country, it provides a remarkable experience never to be forgotten. With no two flight paths the same, it really will be a unique journey. All hot air balloons are manufactured in the UK, where balloon pilots are also trained by instructors licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka. Throughout the flight, an experienced ground crew (following the flight path in a jeep) is in constant communication with the pilot of the balloon, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Note – November to April- Daily flights during the season weather permitting in the Cultural Triangle. Your Hot Air Balloon Flight is approximately one hour and it will take up to a maximum of 4 hours from the time of pick up ie: 5.00 hours (5 am) to the time you are dropped off at your hotel after the flight.
Visit to Sigiriya Rock Fortress (the Lion’s Rock) later which is the 8th wonder of the world. Climbing up the staircases rewards with an amazing view on top, rest of the day free to relax
Day 4
Sigiriya/ Madulkelle (Kandy)

Today you can head for Madulkele, your dream destination in the Hill country, en route stop for a visit to learn a wide range of spices at the Spice Garden, who’s 15-minute complimentary Ayurveda Massage is also highly recommended.
After arriving in Madulkelle, engage in an activity organized by the hotel “The Story of Tea | (Minimum 2 Pax) “Learn and experience the harvest, production and brewing of a fine cup of Ceylon tea. The experience begins at the hotel’s tea estate where you will learn the art of picking tea alongside tea pickers, then visit a working tea factory to see drying and packaging processes (orthodox process) and finally, a tea tasting session either at the factory or back at the hotel.
Includes: Tea picking, bottled drinking water and transport by tuk-tuk, factory visits with entrances fees and tea tasting at a tea factory or hotel

Day 5
Kandy

Spend the day at leisure during the breakfast you will have great chance to join the cooking class which is organized by the hotel
Traditional Hill Country Cooking Demonstration | (Minimum 2 Pax)
Join the Madulkelle Tea and Eco Lodge chef for a short walk around our organic vegetable and herb
garden and pick a basket full of the day’s fresh, in season produce. Learn to identify fresh herbs and how they grow. Then, join the chef in the kitchen for a hands-on cooking lesson of typical Sri Lankan hill country dishes.
Includes: Cooking demonstration and lunch of traditional Sri Lankan hill country dishes with dessert

Day 6
Madullkele/Kandy/Colombo

Travel time: approximately 1.5hrs by Car & 30 minutes fly time
After breakfast, say goodbye to your divine destination in hill country & then head for Ceylon’s old capital of Kandy, upon arrival walking to the nearby Sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic – Sri Lanka’s most sacred Buddhist shrine, the Pooja Ritual held in the temple with all the fanfare, drums, trumpets and brightly coloured Monks definitely show you how special and spiritually important the temple means to Sri Lanka. Optional visit Gem museum & Lapidary close by.
Later you are flying to Colombo a Air taxi* Subject to operational & weather conditions from Polgolla airport (KDZ), depart time -16.55 , Ariival time 17.20 once you arrived in Waters Edge Kotte (DWO), you will be picked up by a new chauffeur-guide & take a guided city tour to explore Colombo’s colonial legacies including the Independence Square, Gangarama Temple of Colombo, mile-long promenade of Galle Face Green etc. Stop for taking pictures by the former British Administrative Center
Day 7
Colombo /Exit
Transfer via: Private vehicle

Today you will be picked up from the hotel and transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
